Someone needs to start another thread about how in the world morbidly fat people have sex. Well, how do they?

My old roommate worked in an ER. A 550 pound lady came in for something and was pregnant. My roommate worked up the guts to ask her how she got pregnant. For her birthday, her mother and sister held her asscheeks apart so her boyfriend could penetrate her. So many things wrong with that...1) who could perform in front of total strangers 2) what the hell is the mom/sister thinking 3) 550 POUNDS FOR GOD SAKES

OK so how would it work if the man was nasty and obese? Huge penis?

if i remember right from the special, the sack things are huuuge cysts. they cut them off once and they grew back even larger. they had scales installed in his floor, under the legs of his bed, i think. hes got assistants that "massage" his fat to keep his fluids moving. and his girlriend said something about having a sexual relationship but never elaborated in the special.

How do people let it get that bad? I mean hell I'm 6' and weigh 320lbs (size 42) and I was like fuck I enjoy living and moving around. Started to drop weight, how can you hit 400 and not go holy fuck something is wrong.
