Surprised nobody has said Wing Commander, that was a good series.

That's the first game that came to mind. No need for real actors though, animated/CGI cut scenes would be fine.

A real Fallout/Fallout 2 sequel. I liked Fallout 3 and New Vegas but they were a different kind of game from the original.
