I can't be there this winter to maintain the property so I've decided to let the original owner inhabit the property. I'm charging them $586 per month (that covers the mortgage). I've been looking for good rootstock for a 14 acre vineyard on the south slope acreage. Do any of you have experience as a vintner? I couldn't get any local root stock (white heron, ryan patrick).

Too far from the mountains for my taste. It is nice and isolated though, which I wouldn't mind at all....time to crank the tunes without worrying about neighbours!!

I am working on a few Halmex D43 gun turret installs on the north grade of the property.

I purchased this property because it is rated as a class 4 region by the CLIS. Prior to purchase the property was wired to grid. The septic system works perfectly and I had it tested and pumped. My closest neighbor is .5 miles ( a dryland farmer) and the second largest fresh water reservoir (banks lake) is 1.3 miles away.

I'm joshing about the gun turrets. I own two shotguns (I hunt pheasant).
