actually its for Widows media centre to be released in 2005, but it has been leaked. Pretty cool. Download from here.

Just extract the files to C://windows/resources/themes. Then right click on your desktop and in windows styles there will be three options. Windows XP, classic and media centre, select that and you are done.

The new wallpaper can be downloaded from here:

Ditto on the non-hacking comment. I also don't want to run some background app to bog my system down. Just copy/paste the link if you get the "NO OFFSITE LINKING" graphic.

Very nice theme, I am definately going to download this. It's a nice theme somewhere between the blue and silver. It looks a little cleaner too.

Also as Megatomic asked, any more official themes (meaning themes that don't come on the CD)?

It doesn't work for me. I downloaded it and it's a .RAR file. I cut/pasted it into the windows/recources/themes, like you said, but it does not show up when I right click on the desktop and try to select it in the "appearance" window.

You extract the .rar (a compressed file) into a folder and copy/paste THOSE files. A techie that doesn't know what .rar is?
