I suppose it's rebuilt for off roading, but there's no roll cage, and good odds are that scoop does nothing, there won't be a blower or an intercooler under it.

There's also no push bar on the front, and the structural integrity (what little was present in what looks like a 70s or 80s vehicle) has clearly been harmed by chopping away the fenders.
