So... two LG Cosmos (normal type) phones, one HTC Thunderbolt. Adding an unlimited data plan and unlimited texting plan, both to the main line. Changing employer discount affiliation from dad's to mom's, which changes 17% to 22%. Ensure that I can return the phones if the data/text systems don't function in my house.

Where the hell is your unlimited text option? Oh, that's right, it's supposed to be included in Talk and Text. So why the hell do you think I don't have that checked? Idiots.
