Okay, looks like I'll end up standing almost at the door to left kick the bag, and standing almost at the rack to right kick the bag. Punches can be done anywhere on an arc created by those endpoints.
 
At furthest extent, the bag will end up about 22" from the wall. That leaves a gap 14" long by 5" wide to fit through to the right hand side of the rack.
