Might have found an Olympic weight set with somewhere around 400 lbs and a piece of crap bench. The bench and its frame would just get cut up and trashed, hopefully the bar is good, but the weights look okay, and those alone would be worth the mere $50 requested.

Not deep enough for that. It's 1930's construction, so the slab and the walls were built separately, allowing fairly mild seepage.

25% - in class participation. My attendance is poor, and when I'm there, I NEVER speak.
25% - homework questions. My turn-in rate is somewhere around 1/3, maybe less.
50% - argument analysis, midterm paper, final paper.
