Yes, from before we were married. She only briefly tried to rent it but took it off the rental market while we went to Europe in 2009 and hasn't lifted a finger to do anything with it since. I told her last year that I was fed up and there were going to be no further trips to Europe until it is on the market.

For Christmas, I bought her 3 Rick Steves books about various European locations. She took that to mean I was agreeing to go this year. I said "Nope, not until the condo is on the market." She was pissed. 😀

You've got to be kidding me. I just bought 8 GB of GSkill Sniper RAM from Newegg for $89 from their "15% off" sale and they now have a GSkill Ripjaw 8 GB kit for $75.

As a matter-of-fact, I think it is the exact RAM I ordered except, obviously, it has the Ripjaw heatsink instead of the low-profile Sniper heatsink. Grrrrrr
