Why not just go to the head of the deparetment's office?

This is an email to the chairman of the department.

Going there physically would require emailing him to request a time to meet with him, which he would question why I want such, and then assuming he would provide me a time slot for a meeting before the deadline tomorrow, I'd have to get there, where I don't get home from work until 6PM, and am at work as of 7:30AM tomorrow morning.

So if I were still going to campus on a regular basis, not spending my days at work, it would be easier to request a meeting, but now it's difficult, especially given the extremely short time left.

Oh I just talk to the secretaries. I always talk them up.

I guess I could try driving over there tonight when I get home, but I don't expect him to be there. It is, after all, summer time, and it'd be about 7 PM by then.

So, you do realize that the upper level EE courses are heavily inundated with Calculus and Physics, right?

Yes. I believe I know the material better than my grades indicate. I also believe that the more practical applications, the more laboratories, et cetera, the better I will fare.

And yes, ICF, I also know that I would need to go back at some point and complete the pre-requisite.

And I'm enrolled in Calculus III right now, and Differential Equations during second summer session. Interestingly, neither of them has protested that I didn't get the pre-requisite C in Calculus II. Just this one.
