So I bought a ROM off eBay and paid for it 3 days ago and haven't heard a word from the seller. When should I start to panic? It was only $15, but it pisses me off.

Dunno, I avoid eBay.

I am amazed by the lack of communication of some people on there. This guy had a ton of reviews (like 1500), all positive. Unfortunately, when trying to restore all technology, eBay is probably your best bet for parts. Amibay is another option for me but it is more limited.

So I think I have about $425 or $450 in Amazon cards with maybe another $25 coming before they axe my rewards program. I'm wondering if I should just bite the bullet and buy the new board and CPU.

I think I will research the best rewards credit card and go ahead and apply for that since the bastards at Chase are killing the rewards on my debit card.
