Not sure of the specs yet, but it should be a P4 2.4 or greater, 1gb ram, and 15" LCD or greater.
You have a 2.4 and you need an XP2800+! What difference would it make in your work productivity?Originally posted by: CraigRT
I got rid of my crappy PIII 1000EB a while ago and got a P4 2.4B.. I wish I'd gotten an AMD instead.. maybe I'll get an XP2800 or something soon..
Is it slow because it is loaded with Bloatware?Originally posted by: DurocShark
Comqrap Evo P4 2.4, 256mb, 40gig 100rpm drive with a boulder for a head.
This thing is slower than my old Commodore 64. :| My old Celly 266@400 was faster!
And I've got 2 of 'em! At least I've got 17" crts, and soon to get 17" LCDs.
Probably. This old P3 800 I am on right now is terrible when using java applications and serves all right for daily applications, but it is really lacking when I need to load up an instance of VMWare.Originally posted by: Red Dawn

Not true. You need at least 256mb per instance of it running.
Well if that was how things were around here, no work could possibly get done.Originally posted by: brtspears2
I give my users no choice. They use their P2-333s or nothing.
