New nvidia beta drivers 66.00 worth a look!

Did nothing for my 5900xt in D3. STILL slower than my 9700. Grrr......

Doom3 @ 1600x1200 high quality - 64.4 FPS

Conclusion - No difference

Edit - Is the Valve Stress Test downloadable?

the 66.00 drivers were slower then the 65.62 drivers on my rig.

Came home today to find system had rebooted itself. Don't know if it's a result of the 66.00 drivers but since there's no performance benefit I'm going back to the 61.77's.

Nope, you need the CS:Source beta which comes with CS:Condition Zero. Coincidentally they all require Steam to run, which sucks majorly.

66.00 - 62.68FPS

Looks like a nice healthy 5 - 10 FPS boost. Not shabby at all.

Especially since we are dealing with low numbers to begin with, thats a good 15% boost.

Id like to know if it effected the minimum fps at all if you guys are willing to bench that for us. (In HL2 VST)
