Yes if it is the arcade version. Imo MS is dumb for still selling the console without an hdd.

Actually, Microsoft makes some money when parents buy the cheapest 360 that they can find (no hard drive) for their kids. Then later they find that they must pay dearly for an xbox memory card or two (which have a nice profit margin).

Which then the parents have to go out and BUY a hdd when their kids find out they cant play it. $$$ I have to give it to microsoft, pretty smart.

Except large developers are STRONGLY DISCOURAGED (prohibited?) from requiring the harddrive. Only a couple of games require it at the moment.
