I don't think you want to purchase that CPU from Newegg.ca. In fact, with your budget, I don't think that you want to purchase that motherboard or CPU at all.

Do you need Windows?

I agree, with a budget of $900-1100 you should upgrade the monitor to 1080p.

Not entirely sure why mfenn is linking to newegg.ca though...

yeah the best hardware in the world means nothing if the end result has to be viewed on low res and the worst aspect ratio ever made for gaming.
