I don't think you want to purchase that CPU from Newegg.ca. In fact, with your budget, I don't think that you want to purchase that motherboard or CPU at all.

Do you need Windows?

no i have windows 7 already and my budget is actually 900-1100

i5 2400 $190
ASRock Z68 Pro3 $100
G.Skill DDR3 1333 8GB $35
6950 2GB $245 AR
Hitachi 7K1000.D $110
Samsung DVD Burner $20
XFX 650W $60 AR
Corsair 400R $95 AR
Total: $955 AR

You also really need a new monitor, so with the money left in your budget, get an ASUS VH232H for $155 AR.

I agree, with a budget of $900-1100 you should upgrade the monitor to 1080p.

yeah the best hardware in the world means nothing if the end result has to be viewed on low res and the worst aspect ratio ever made for gaming.
