Ambient case temps are a HUGE factor. I can have my house set to 60F and if my case is sealed tight, my temps on the CPU will be extremely high because there is no airflow through the case.
Furthermore, ALL setups are different. Different hardware will run at different temps, different motherboards and power supplies will supply different voltages and etc. All of this will affect temps, so aside from a
guess, it's hard to comment about temps because there are simply too many variables.
Lastly, idle temps don't really mean much and the onboard CPU sensors are not designed to report idle temps anyway. Load the CPU up with a typical "test" program and let us know those results. That will tell more than anything, if there is an issue.
