A rebate would be a form you mail in to whatever company it's from (usually along with a receipt an UPC cut out from the box) and they send you a check back for $X
Rebate means you mail a copy of teh receipt in and they send you a check.
Kind of like a discount, but you have to wait to get your money back

How much harddrive space do you have now? Do you feel like 250 would be plenty or do you think you might want something bigger?
will do man, but beware i might stand in 1 spot stareing at the graphics instead of owing u.
u mind if i ask 1 more ? 2 u both. whats the diffrent from a duel core and single core and which one is better.
250 should be fine, if i need more i can always get a 500 gig one but i dont want the temp 2 blow up my comp.

Dual core is better for multitasking and for programs that are aware of multiple processors. It's like having two CPUs in your computer more or less.
It's going to become more and more common for programs to be aware that dual core machines are out there so it's a good idea to jump on the bandwagon now it seems.
Traditionally single core would be better for gaming at a given pricepoint, but if you have the budget for it, dual core is the way to go now. For someone that does rendering and such it's a really good idea too as those programs are ususally multi-processor friendly.
Of CPU?
Dual core is 2 CPUs in the same package. Dual core is like having a dual CPU system.
Games coming out later this year will start taking advantage of them, but there are patches for some currents games to already take advantage of dual core

A couple harddrives shouldn't be a big deal for heat.
Modern AMD processors run quite cool compared to the Intel equivalents now and much cooler than older AMD chips.
Two 120mm fans should keep you going strong. I've had 5 harddrives in my computer at a time without heat issues.
Oh, did we mention selecting a second 120mm fan for that case?
thank you, will duel cores be much better for future gaming also. and how does it exactly reqgonize which program 2 go 2 which core, and i heard that ram usually is what makes multitasking better without frezzing etc.

Future gaming is going to benefit from dual core too, yeah. I don't know exactly how they divide up processing between two CPUs, but the important part is that it works
A lot of the newer games already take advantage of it too. At this budget I think dual core is a very good idea for you.

i dident think 2000+ can get me this type of super computer, i heard rumers on these new directx10 cards are they worth it?

There's always something new coming out for gaming cards. Every year they seem to blow away the products from the year before, but I wouldn't worry about it too much since this sort of thing is always happening.

The fan in the 3000b will have this feature too.
