First timer here - please forgive (in advance) any newbie mistakes I may make!
I have an external Alcatel ADSL modem and a Linksys DSL router that I am using for my home network. On this network I have one machine running Windows XP, and two running 98 SE. I'm now trying to configure my work laptop (Compaq Armada 500/Win98SE using Novell not NT) to give me network and internet connectivity at home. To accomplish this, I've added a Belkin NIC with the Microsoft Adapters etc. to make everything work. After running the XP networking diskette on the laptop I've gotten it to the point that I'm on the LAN and can see the other systems, but I'm not getting internet connectivity. Where am I going wrong in configuring for internet accessability also?
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks
