We missed the first two seasons on TV so the wife and I have been catching up on Lie to Me lately. It's a pretty decent show.
Watched Tosh's stand-up routine from like 2006, I think called Completely Serious. It was funny if you're a Tosh.O fan.
Others already mentioned Spartacus and the prequel, but I recently flew through them and really enjoyed the episodes.
I watched through some episodes of Satisfaction last year, it was decent. Parks and Recreation was stupid. Watched 2 episodes of Blue Mountain State which had comedy similar National Lampoon movies, except without the nudity so I'd pass.

I wasn't old enough to enjoy NewsRadio when it first came out, but I've watched up to season 2 over the past few days, and it is hilarious. Awesome cast and just really funny writing.

Firefly - I just finished it. I believe it ends on April 1, so you better get to work if you wanna watch that. They also have Serenity in HD.

A State of Mind--doc on DPRNK mass gymnastics festival. awesome
Inside NK--Nat Geographic doc on NK. awesome
Vice Guide to North Korea. awesome

Crossing the Line--doc about a US military defector to NK, and two others, who have lived inside since the Korean War. Fascinating, amazing, must watch.

WWE: The Rise and Fall of WCW

Even though its done by the WWE, it is a fascinating behind the scenes look at the history of the WCW. I was into wrestling back then, and the WCW was absolutely fantastic for a while.

Cashback - Brit comedy. A++ nudity. Cute story line, would like to watch a proper version of this on Blu Ray as I felt that the netflix stream didn't do the camera work, music, and boobies the proper definition they deserved.

Cocaine Cowboys - very interesting and candid documentary on the rise and (sort of fall) of the Miami drug scene.

Another one for Cashback. Definitely worth the watch, and not just for the boobies, though they are a great thing.
