Netanyuhu is still engaged in talks with various US officials, long after he was scheduled to have left for Israel.
At the same time I have read various blogs that the Obama administration would let Israel have its way on East Jerusalem settlement.

But I am guessing not this time. To some extent, Netanyuhu may not want to fly home, and explain to his coalition, that the USA has had enough with Israeli settlement on disputed land. And that he was met by a united front promising dire US reprisals against Israel if the settlement is not stopped.
The question I ask will not be answered by me, Andand tech posters, or by partisan posters seeking to justify various outcomes, but only by high level events between Israel and the Obama administration.
We may have to sit back and watch history being made. Or we may see Netanyuhu leave with a pro Israeli settlement and business as usual.
