Voted no to tie it. Also, go Steelers.

Goddammit. You are now my nemesis. :|

There's a waiting list on that

Bullshit. I'm not waiting around for this. I'm sending you pics of Big Ben in lingere with tomato sauce all over his wang and anus. That should bump me up the list a bit.

Furiously pressing F5 on my PM folder

HA. FOOLED YOU. I made you nest!

I voted no.

Just because dNor voted no.

How could you love such a miserable state?

2/10 top poorest cities in US

High up on the fattest state list

12th dirtiest city

4 ohio cities are the in the most dangerous places to live

3 cities in top 50 most depressing cities to live

Ohio in top 10 most depressed states

Want more proof this state sucks? :p

I'm just in denial. :( In the next couple of years, I'll be headed up to the Pacific NW myself. Cleveland born and raised, so I have a soft spot for it I guess.

I grew up just outside of Akron, so I know what ya mean. Growing up was great for me personally, but man does this state suck. It's poor, dirty, depressing, fat, etc. Just not an enjoyable place to live :(

Living in Akron isn't helping much I wouldn't assume. Cleveland burbs aren't so bad. There's at least some semblance of a nightlife up this way. But not all that much of an improvement I wouldn't think.

I've honestly only driven through Akron...never actually been. Only heard the horror stories.

I've never really been to Cleveland much other then the airport, I-X center, and a few events downtown. I've mainly just heard horror stories :p.

The burbs of Cleveland aren't too bad (Legacy Village is one of my fav areas to go buy stuff :p), and there are some rich areas but overall it's just a bigger Akron (with more construction to boot... Euclid Corridor I'm looking your way). I have family throughout most the country and visited them, and it's 10x better or more in any of those states.

Meh. I'd put Cleveland above pretty much anything in the south. Save say, Asheville, or Charlotte, NC. But, I'm a left leaning individual. Living in a sea of religious conservatives does not appeal to me at all.

Now if you start talking western US, this area pales in comparison. Denver, San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Vancouver all come to mind, as being superior.

But honestly, I've lived a lot of places. When put into perspective, Cleveland isn't half bad. Cost of living is low. If you're not retarded, you can get a fairly decent job in either Cleveland or Akron. You just have to put up with the weather, and the shitty sports teams. Typical midwest, former manufacturing hub. They need to get some other industry in here to fill the void. Or more people will be hitting the road.

I grew up sort of near Akron too (between Akron and Youngstown, really), though I haven't lived there for almost 10 years. Parents still live there though so I go back once a year or so. Currently I live outside DC, but I went to college in New England and I think I'd rather live back there. The West sucks, and I'd be fine if the entire west coast broke off and sunk into the ocean. :p (And yes I know that can't really happen.)

I have to agree, Virginia/DC area is pretty badass. Not much of an East Coaster myself though. Those people are a bit too intense for me. NY/NJ, Boston, etc.

West of the Mississippi, North of Oklahoma, and not southern CA is where I am at. I also like parts of the Eastern seaboard North of NC.
