Retail has the Nero Burning Rom App (not just Nero Express). A full retail key with media goes for about $25 shipped on Ebay for what it's worth.

As others have already said, you can get the OEM versions (make sure you get the right one) for <$10. So, this deal is only good if you want the retail version.
