Call child welfare. His credibility will go down the toilet if any action is taken. There's won't be, though.

Restraining order?

file for a restraining order and say your fiancee feels threatened by his shouting and body language and doesn't feel safe even in her home.

If you really want to get fancy, stick a camcorder in the car aimed at the spedometer and then when they come in saying you were speeding, you can say hmm, let's watch the tape...

very good idea :)

I tried taking pictures for my court appearance years ago for following too close when I a cop gave me a ticket. He tried giving me a ticket for speeding, but after bantering back and forth about what the speed limit was (he slowed unsafely fast to 20 in a 35), he gave me a ticket for following too close. Anyway, I tried driving the same street the next day taking pics, but I wasn't watching my speed and the pictures came out with me doing 45. I'm such an idiot. Good thing I didn't use them in court!

The only problem with recording it is that they'll claim you weren't paying attention to driving since you were focused on recording. Even if you have your wife drive and you record it as they'll probably say that you were causing a distraction for the driver.

I feel for ya man, small town police and courts suck.

my mom's neighbor called the cops on my on a daily basis but they never wrote me a ticket because i never broke any laws. although he calls them a lot for other things than just me so theyve labeled him a excessive caller and treat him like so. they even made of him to me.

He took the rear seats out of his McLaren, and sits in the center all by himself. It gets lonely sometime, but he always has his good friend mind bending acceleration to talk to.

Next time the neighbor comes over to scream at you or you fiancee' call the police, and file a verbal assualt complaint......................I believe this is a $50 ticket (I went to a bad Highschool here in texas, and if the students cursed at the teachers, they could expect such a ticket)

Still nothing else has happened yet. I feel that has to do with the police car that is now parked around the corner from my house exactly when I drive home from work and she drives home from school every single day to watch me and my fiance drive down the street to make sure that we're not speeding. I really wish the cops had something better to do with their time but oh well life goes on. Maybe now they'll believe her and I when we say that we're not speeding.

each time you drive home, park the car and walk over to the police car and chit chat
