each time you drive home, park the car and walk over to the police car and chit chat

Don't forget to be nauseatingly pleasant. :D

For some reason they really hate that! I think they just expect you to be pissed off when talking to them. :)

Sorry guys I'm not leaving you out in the cold there just isn't anymore updates. I'm definitely not pulling a Syriger since there are no spiders involved here. We haven't changed our driving habits and we haven't had a problem since the cops came over. I will update this thread with any new info when I get it/when it happens.

Tell him to get a job and stay the fvck out of your business. Maybe back when he remembers everyone had horse buggies....that might be why he thinks she's speeding.

For fighting a ticket, bring up the point that there could be other cars matching your fiance's make and model and color on your street. It could happen. If you REALLY have a problem with the guy, confront him and ask him why he's upset. Be VERY nice to him....don't get angry. It will only fuel whatever hatred he has more. If he gets upset with you while you're all calm, see if he threatens you or makes any kind of move that you could sue him in civil court for. Talk to a lawyer about the situation and threaten this guy with a lawsuit if you have enough reason.

If he even steps foot on my property again and starts getting upset and raising his voice to me or my fiance he's going to get a restraining order slapped on him. I'm done dealing with horrible neighbors. He's the one with the problem. If he doesn't like the speed limit he can move somewhere else where it is lower. He has no right to come on my property and tell anybody how to drive and how fast they can go on a public street. He's not the police and has no pull at all other than he's old and crotchety guy who has no life. He can call the cops all he wants but until they see me or my fiance doing something wrong (which won't happen) he can't do anything but keep complaining over nothing.
