neighbor just took her dog to pee on my lawn

i just went out to get the mail and right when i stepped outside i saw one of my neighbors, with her dog on a leash, letting it pee on my lawn. yes, right when she saw me come out she tugged on her dog and walked off quickly. im infuriated right now, as i sometimes have dog-poop on my lawn that i have to clean up which i suspect could be from her as well. does this warrant a complaint somwhere? im not sure if police action is appropriate :|

Also whenever you pick up their dog's poop put it in a ziplock bag and leave it in their mailbox.
Then if they question you just say they left it on your lawn.

I could think of a million ways to torment her.

I would probably start with doing my business on her lawn. If I saw any more dog poop on my lawn I would definatly give it back to her (this could be executed in so many ways, use your imagination).
Then I would probably take my car to her lawn after a good heavy rain, and go nuts.

Bag up all the doggie poop you see from now on, and put it in a ziplock bag. Like, one of those gallon sized ones. Make sure it's decently full, then put this in her mailbox.
