Actually very little of our Homeowner's rules are enforced. No one wants to be an anal dirtbag, and I certainly don't care what my neighbors do for the most part. Keep your lawn clean and cut, keep trash and crap like that picked up, etc. As long as someone is taking care of their house and their yard I have no problem with what they do.

I'd never live in one of those places that you have to have your garage door shut 98% of the day, or you can only have certain color flowers. Fvck that!

I agree on being lenient with HOA rules and regulations. Though, no one forced you to buy a home there, sign a contract and pay the fees.

We don't even have HOA fees. Well we do, but they are voluntary, and the HOA never meets. Amazingly the HOA bought land around here to create a neighborhood park area. I love where I live.

I just bought a house. I noticed the neighbor lady doing this a couple of times. All the more reason for us to put up an 8 ft fence this spring 🙂

BTW-To the OP, I would hope that your local police would laugh their asses off in your face at that request. If it really bothers you that much why don't you just say something to the owner of the offending dog? It's not as though her dog dug up your yard. It's a little dog urine. Big fvcking deal. :roll:

look when you walk a dog, it pees. where it pees is kinda hard to control unless u walk in the middle of the road away from lawns or something nuts😛. and its nothing but pee. dog owners are only really obligated to pick up the poop. so get over it.

Why couldn't she do this in the first place and make the dog piss in another place instead of letting it piss on his lawn?

Exactly what I was thinking. GO piss on her porch or car or lawn or something. And take a dump there too if her dog does. Most places have laws that you have to clean up after your pets so if you don't like your neighbor and you see her dog poop on your lawn, I'd just get a stick and fling it all over her driveway and let her deal with it.

Pee is different from poop, pee is acidic, your grass gets killed if the dog pees on it, and you will have to reseed it in order to patch it up.

poop on the other hand, would be a good fertlizer.

When I first read this I loled. Yes, the police would laugh in YOUR FACE. It's an animal peeing in your yard, stop the presses! I happen to have a stop sign in front of my house and we have bushed planted around the eye-sores like electric/phone boxes and stuff. Dogs pee all over the place when they are walked. I've never even spent a second worrying about it. Poop is more understandable.
