Neighbor bullying me for wifi?

I agree to let my neighbor use my wifi because she mentioned her daughter doing some school work so being a nice person i agreed,two days later i change the password and my neighbor sees me and says you better not have changed the password in a sort of joking matter im saying to myself wtf you aren't using my wifi forever so i give it to her because i don't want any problems with my neighbor.

Is there a sort of program that will make my internet so slow they probably don't want to use it any more?
 
Pfsense and an AP that supports vlans. Setup a secondary SSID on another vlan and in pfsense you can setup rules for speed. That's a good idea to do anyway as you don't want to be giving out your main wifi password for your full network, you can make this secondary SSID much more restricted.
 
Man up, change the pw again and if she bugs tell her to buy her own goddamn wifi. It's called being a parent, and she's not setting a good example freeloading on your internetz.
 
Why don't you tell your neighbor that your wifi is off limits. What's he going to do? Beat you up?

You could also offer that he pay at least half the bill if you want to go that route.

Im a non violence non confrontation person and if a tell her that she will definitely not take it well and make my life a living hell.

I assume you have a router? If so, which one?
There are QoS settings on some routers.
You can also lower the power of your router, so, they could be just out of range. (again, it depends what router).
 
next time she asks for the password, tell here "ok, ready? 1---8---0---0---[and so on with the rest of the numbers being the number to the local internet provider]"

and if she's like "man, that's a weird password", tell her to give it a call and the rest of the instructions will be on the other line.

She's living in an apartment.
She is a single mom with a <10 year old daughter, guaranteed.

Nothing violent about it. If she's ungrateful and taking advantage of you, just change the pw lol.

It's a she and most likely yeah my neighbors are crazy that's why i try to be nice as i can to them?They also have tons of people staying there and im by myself.

Women have been putting out for internet access since damned near the beginning of time (so I have been told).

Well then keep giving her free Wi-Fi forever. If you're not willing to stop doing someone a favor solely because you're a coward, then you get to keep doing that favor forever. She's not doing anything illegal, she's just taking advantage of you, and that's on you to fix. And, honestly, if she's willing to harass you for changing the password, isn't she going to harass you if the service gets wonky too?
 
Make it unbearably slow, maybe even put it on a timer so it randomly cuts out. When they complain just say it's your provider.
 
i look forward to your thread where you ask for advice asking how to get your money back when your neighbor asked you to loan her some and "promised" she would pay it back in a timely manner and said timely manner has lapsed.

The only necessary program would be the one nature runs at conception to grow you a set of balls. Since nature failed it's probably too late now.
