So far I propose:

Thursday, July 30th until Monday, August 3rd in Chicago, IL

Those who could pull it off could come for Thursday and the rest on Friday. Or should it go Wednesday - Monday?

Also, after we choose a place and time, I'd like to have volunteers for people serious in helping organizing this. A team of 4-6 people would really make things nice - delegating responsibilities, etc.

run another poll next year and see what you get...then plan on maybe 5 people actually bothering to show up?
