She has some major decisions to make. All of you are (understandably) pretty emotional right now. You might consider getting her to a professional counselor who will help walk her through this decision. While all of you have your own opinions and feelings in this matter, she is the one who will have to live with her decision for the rest of her life. She needs guidance, compassion, and an understanding support system to help her through this.
I hope she is able to go through this with all of you beside her.
Regardless of if she keeps the baby or not, you need to call the cops. If this 29 year old guy had no problems with sleeping with her, and shes 17, he probbably wouldn't care about sleeping with a 15 year old, possibly younger. People who are nearly 30 that sleep with teenagers do so because they are manipulative control freaks who can't get laid by people their own age.

I mean, what if this deadbeat asswipe decides that he doesn't want to have to pay for a kid or doesn't want to get busted, so he just beats her to keep her quiet? I'm not normally one to stereotype, but many illegals will do whatever it takes to not be shipped back.
Third, tell the girl you're giving her a week to tell her mother before you do it, and suggest to her that she has a new home lined up in case things go as bad as you say they will.
Fourth, I REALLY hate to say it because I don't condone it (but let's not get into this) but she needs to decide if she is going to keep the baby, and if she does how she's going to manage or if she's going to put it up for adoption like every other POS mother does.
Finally, don't get involved any more than you have to. This is not your burden to bear and it wouldn't be the slightest bit fair if you ended up with a child out of pity.

First off she's only 8 weeks so she's still got enough time to really think all this thru and talk it over with the family.You guys need to decide what(if any) supports you'd be willing to offer her if she decides to keep the baby.She also needs to be faced with the very real possibilty that even if she marries this guy she'll be sooner or later going it as a single mother,so she needs to know what things like daycare cost.

why in the world would you call the cops? obviously it was consentual, if he had raped her than she became pregnant it would be a different story. the guys life might suck now, but what it is going to accomplish by sending him to jail? an easy copout on his role as a father? yes. a waste of tax money on some jackass immigrant that dosen't deserve the food they would be feeding him? yes.

How do you force an ILLEGAL ALIEN to pay and abide by US laws? I hear what you are saying but YOU NEED A JOB to pay!!!!! Having him out of the picture takes away his influence and negativity that he brought into her life. She is young and impressionable so he may convince her into marriage so that he gets the PAPERS to be a U.S. Citizen. That's what they do out here. They go after young girls so they can get the papers. I think having him out of the picture would help her get her life back on track. I also don't think she should have the baby, but it's not my choice. She can't even take care of herself much less another human being.
That's just it... if he's an illegal immigrant, then exactly who is going to force him to fork over a fair amount of money? Aside from that, how do you know he doesn't already have other kids, and that he isn't fooling around with other girls, too? (I mean, that could be said regardless of his status.) Involving the police would be the best choice, because she will probably get more in government help than she would from him.
As far as the consentual comment... what a joke. I'm sure he loves her with all his heart and wants her to be the woman that he grows old with, not just some piece of ass who was naive enough to get knocked up at the age of 17

Honestly man - you're in a rough spot, but you already know this. I would first start by ignoring the fact that the father is an illegal - unless their married/seriously committed to each other, who the father is doesn't make a difference. You need to address the needs of what your daughter can handle, and what she wants. Why does it matter if he is an illegal alien or not? I'd let the girl decide what to do, but "calling the cops" should not be on your list of things to do if you believe you can handle this in a civilized manner. He is 29, she is 17..thats a bit messed up, but it happens quite a bit. Present the ideas of abortion and/or adoption, and advise her that seeing this man in the future would probably not be a good idea. Just because you are mad at this guy doesn't mean you should go out of your way to try and ruin his life. Work with the situations you have control over first, then worry about the other things later.

Well, if you suspect the illegal is only looking for a Greencard let him know that marrying a USC doesn't mean he can his green/pink card at all. Much more complex issue awaits.
