You owe me a dollar. Why would you (crap on my thread, to begin with) say it's not legal? Just b/c I have software I don't know how to use? I'm not a graphic artist; else I'd not be posting this. I have legal copies of Sony Vegas Pro 8 AND 9 and only know how to use them in the most basic sense.

You have to forgive Nik, I believe this would be a case of the pot calling the kettle black. Nik was in a thread yesterday talking about how he uses Thepiratebay to legally download torrents. And now he's accusing a person of pirating a 6 year old version of Photoshop. The irony is delicious.

Quote me.

You quote where I said I use TPB to do anything.

Quote me right now or shut the fuck up you pathetic worthless non-factor fuck.

MY BAD it was a thread about TPB and you said you use torrents. Obviously I was wrong, you get your torrents from those magical torrent sites that have nothing but 100% legal torrents. You getting this bent out of shape over words does tell me something, especially seeing how I'm a "pathetic worthless non-factor fuck" I personally don't let "pathetic worthless non-factor fucks" get to me. Apparently I'm worth enough for you to get all ape shit crazy over lol, excellent my job here is done!

You can't read and you just continue to prove it with this post. Either that or you're not interested in the truth and read only what your brain wishes to perceive. Shut the fuck up and crawl back under the rock you came from. Stop accusing me of shit you have no idea what you're talking about. Fuck you and your bullshit insinuations that you can't back up, asshole. Eat a dick.

So let me get this straight, you can accuse the OP of pirating software simply because he said he's using an ANCIENT version of Photoshop. But I can't accuse you of pirating because you use Torrents. Wait, I didn't even accuse you of pirating, I accused you of using a torrent site which you don't. So why do you get a pass to accuse people of shit, but I have to crawl under a rock? Your insinuations were far bigger bullshit wise than mine. LOL you crack me up. Your misguided anger is absolutely hilarious. Thanks for the laugh I haven't smiled this much in months.

You accused OP of doing something illegal, all I did was accuse you of LEGALLY downloading a torrent. Gosh...

I called bullshit because he spent money on something that has a specific purpose, that he doesn't know how to use. That's like me going and buying a $700 torque wrench and having nothing that needs that kind of torque to tighten. There are lots of other programs he can use like MS Paint, Gimp, Google's Picasa, etc. Why waste an exorbitant amount of money on something you're not going to use and when you DO use it you can't figure out how to do the most basic tasks? Software age doesn't make a difference. I still have Photoshop 5 LE in the paper sleeve it was sold in burried in a box somewhere in my closet.

Since you seem to know so much about me, when was the last time I used a torrent? What was it? Was it something I was offering to the public or was it something I downloaded from someone else?

Please, enlighten us because you seem to know more about myself than I do

Again, fuck off troll.

Nik, you seem to be the genius prostitute (a fucking know it all) here at AT. What makes you think I spent "an exorbitant amount of money" on it? Who says I didn't legally get it for free? It IS a very old version of PS.

Along the lines of "buying something and not needing it"; I own a 7HP Craftsman compressor and a decent set of impact tools. I've swapped out the suspension in my truck, installed a hitch and used it to blow sawdust around...all in the past 6 years. Basically, I've used it about 20 times.

Did I buy something I didn't need? Don't hate b/c some people bust their ass to buy their toys, and/or know people who can help them out.

Don't you dare accuse me of stealing when you don't know a damn thing about me. You seem to think that b/c you have a big mouth people have to justify themselves to you. The world owes you a wake up call. I'm sure it's on the way.

My neighbor spent $150 on Word, and all she knows how to do is type text and spell check. Which is approx 2 features out of the thousands it has. OP could get Photoshop 7 for $60 bucks or less used easy. OR maybe it came with a scanner or something he bought. By your logic 99% of people shouldn't ever buy any software. Because nobody knows how to use shit they buy and never take the time to learn. I would gather all but a few who buy Word use 1% of what it does and could do the same thing with many free programs.

Yeah I can't see someone dropping a few hundred on Photoshop and still being unfamiliar with magic wand and layers.

What part of "I would bet" obligates me to pay him anything? Even if the bet were agreed to, which it wasn't, a simple exchange of words isn't enough to justify either party winning.

ive never used photochop, but in photoshop id wand select the outside with aa on and tolerance at about 13, then expand the selection 1 px and feather 2 px, then delete the white space. on the background layer, put a fill of black behind it. this will hide the antialiasing of the current white background and still give you a nice edge to the logo

Ah, so you picked it up in the $15 bin at Good Will or have a student copy or something. Okay

Thank you. Though Plasmabomb's version is good enough for me, I'm still mucking with it. It will be Monday by the time I figure out "tolerance/selection 1px and feather" but I'll do it just to learn. So I don't have to ask for help again and get tarred and feathered b/c I had the ordacity to ask for help. ;)

Well, this thread turned into a flamefest rather quickly. Wouldn't shock me if it set any new ATOT records.
