Need some help with a chick friend

The girl now weighs ~113, she admits she has a problem but can't fix it, she pukes up her food, and refuses to tell anyone. I have to help her but if I tell anyone I'll lose her as a friend.

I sincerely need help guys... She even admits to her problem now but doesn't know how to fix it.

EDIT: No don't wait for her to get worse, Its obvious she doesn't have control of herself so rather than wait for her to hit 110 I would take action now. The sooner the better. Part of being a good friend is doing the right thing for them even if they don't like it.

A friend of mine is pulling the same bullsh!t, he won't listen to any of us, just won't eat. None of us managed to convince him that he's killing himself, took his dad threatening therapy to make him stop. Get help, NOW.

tell her you will help her cause you care about her and you want what's best for her. if she trusts you she will feel more comfortable relying in you to help her. she is probly also scared of you telling her parents or professionals.

Bullsh!t. My wife is 5'4" and 125lbs. At 38 years old she runs marathons and is more fit than 95% of the people I know.

She wears a size 2 or 4 if the clothes run small in size.

Actually depends on the body type... I knew a girl in HS that was 5'7" 128lbs of muscle and she was cut, lean, mean, and one of the hottest girls i've ever known.
