My Visiontek Radeon 9100 64MB is pretty nice for the ~$58AR I paid for it, but otherwise a ~$100 GF4TI 4200 is a safe bet. I'd recommend a 64 or 128MB Radeon 9100, too, as long as it's clocked at 250/250MHz core/memory (retail Visiontek cards are, but most OEMs by other manufacturers are not). A 9100 will be slower than a 4200 until you turn on anisotropic filtering, at which point the two draw about even. Still, the 4200 is more future-proof in that it's just faster--you can just leave AF off and it should perform at a reasonable level longer than the 9100.
