Need info on how to get fat!

well I'm kinda skinny and I'd like to, well, become a bit fatter.....or at least reach normal weight :p I'm 185cm tall and weigh about 65kg which isn't that much.....

anyone got some info on stuff I could eat to gain weight? thanks :)

this guy is obviously not from the us, but prodigy, play monkey island 4 with the mouse for 6 months straight, on a computer in your kitchen while perfecting a recipe of all your counrtys best deserts, and uh dont move too much either, to gain weight healthily, drink raw eggs and lift cows

Be a couch potato. Take the bus instead of walking to the store, even if its around the corner. :)

Try eating the great remoulade your country produces with every dish I recommend the "salat mesteren" brand and beer lots of beer. ;) Does the job for me. LOL

Exercise, an increased intake,healthy high carbo diet, and possibly some weight gain supliments, but check with your doctor first on those.

You don't really want to get fat - you want bulk, and the best kind is from muscle.
Like me you probably have a high metabolism and so your body burns straight through anything you eat. However, if you are developing muscles through the right excercises, your body will begin to divert and balance your caloric intake to help build them.

Lemme put it this way - ever see a skinny bodybuilder? Sure they may not have your metabolism or be starting from your weight, but you won't stay skinny with muscle mass!

Eat Cheese, LOTS of it.

Cheese makes you constipated, if you're constipated you get 'backed up'. You've got no choice but to gain weight if you can't take a dump!

dude, pack down on the carbos right before you go to sleep. the body while sleeping takes excess carbohydrates and turns them into fat cells......

You are about 6', 143lbs.

I am 5'8.5", 130lbs.

Exercise, exercise, and some more exercise. Gain muscle not fat. Much better for you.

Yes it's possible to be a jock and a geek at the same time :D.

I've been skinny like you for all of my life and only now, at the age of 24, I'm starting to gain some weight without changing my habits :) Overeating carbohydrates and exercise didn't help me at all.
Don't ruin your health and just try to feel comfortable with your body.

Only eat lots and lots of vegetables. After awhile you'll get sick of em and start to pig out on junk food which in turn will make you a fat b*tch. ;)

i guess eat like a big lunch, and go to sleep right after.
do that for 2 weeks straight, and i promise, you will gain some weight. :D

Get a triple bacon cheeseburger with a biggie shake and biggie fries then sit down and type some more off topic posts here, that'll work.... Also, stay away fom stimulants such as caffeine, nicotine, etc.... they keep you from being hungry....
