Just give it up OP, with that attitude, I'm surprised anyone in this thread is being remotely helpful.

excuse me, if you dealt with someone and you are about to loose $375 and your going to sit there and pretend everything is alright then go ahead. Everyone here complains about perfect english and shit, this is not an english class and i am going to type the way i want to. If your an old ass fart please get the Fuck out of my thread and go kill youself becuase all you do is sit there complaining about everything! Im sorry your very very OLD but everyone is not perfect.

The problem is that your sh!tty typing skills make it hard for anyone to understand the situation. If we can't understand the situation, we can't give you helpful advice.

I swear, it's like talking to a 5 year old.

The confusion is you add information that are not needed and leave out information that are needed.
Just stated: -
1. You sold laptop and send it fedex with no insurance.
2. Buyer got laptop and claims it broken.
3. What are your options?

Since you have no way to identify it is "your" laptop even if he send it back, you are screw. Eat the cost and call it a lesson well learn. better nate than lever.

If your paypal account is not on hold:

Try to delay buyer from filing a paypal/ebay claim.
Transfer funds to bank account.
Tell bank(s) not to accept withdrawls from any accounts you have under paypal.
Do same for credit cards.
No more ebay/paypal for you.

If this isn't possible, then it seems you are SOL.

Yea I was going to ask did you write down the S/N and also mark the inside in a way only you know.

I think it was someone here that sold a shuttle system and the person said it was bad and sent back a different one. Of course the person selling was smart to not only write down that info but had pictures. :)
