Thanks to all who helped me out with all my questions.
I should have all this by next week. So, probably will have more questions once I get my hands dirty :)

So, i finally put everything together and built the system.
Everything went pretty well, no surprises.
The mobo is really well laid out, no issues at all. The bios was very simple to use, however, I have not played around with it a lot since I am not interested in OCing this machine.
The case was spacious for a mid-tower. With a little bit of wire management, you can get all your components in there without much effort.

The only issue I have right now is my samsung SE-S184m dvd writer (external) is sitting on top of the case. I wish I could open up the enclosure and convert it into a internal dvd writer. I have been trying to see if anybody can guide me through that since there are no visible screws at all on the enclosure.
Anyway, as somebody mentioned in one of the posts, its probably easier to just get a new internal dvd writer and stick it in there.
