First off, the warranty I told you I did not have. You said it was fine and that it was ok to send it separately when I get it. The "scratches" can be removed using any polish. They are mostly from fingerprints or as a result of being in a protective case. I dont know how you can describe the wheel being loose. I have tried other IPODS and they feel the same. The forms I will get on Saturday.

If you read the box, IT DOES NOT STATE THAT IT COMES WITH A REMOTE, NOR DID I MENTION IT IN MY DESCRIPTION. Only the 10gig or bigger comes with a control. Look at the apple site or anywhere that sold a 5gig IPOD, it does not come with a remote.

You get your MO back thats it. You could of looked at the pictures that I offered to anyone on request. You did not ask for it. I gave you what I believed as a IPOD in great condition. I have tried to be honest with you and work with you in this matter. I can just ignore all your messages and take your money. But I am not that kind of person. The IPOD works, in great conditon and comes with everything that should come with it. I will not pay for your shipping nor refund you your shipping. This is my final offer.

But why don't you just accept his FULL REFUND (not sure about shipping)?
It doesn't appear to me that he is trying to blatantly rip you off but I think he could have better represented the product AND been more communicative.

I feel that he owes me a full refund ( including my costs) because he lied and he wasted my time.
because he'd be out $$$. MaDDinGO is destroying his reputation if he wants to keep trading online by continuing to deny he was wrong and accept his responsibilities like a man. If you make an explicit description of condition then it should come exactly that way. If you guarantee it "mint like new with absolutely no scratches" I have no need to look at pictures as long as I trust you. And clearly, it seems you have broken that trust. Suck it up and if the man wants, give him a full refund including his cost of out pocket.
I just checked his Heat and your comment to him was "great trader!" If your trade was really going that bad, you should have stated that so others wouldn't be mislead by your feedback.
At this point, many would file a negative at heatware. Others strongly feel that negative heat should be left only for the worst of the worst-true trolls and complete scams. I'm sure a majority go unreported because of fear of retaliation.
Another poster mentioned he had a negative experience...but I'm guessing negative heat was not left. (edit: Ha, it's actually a positive heat....too common this is the case)

MaDDIngo, you sold the man something which you said was flawless ( NO SCRATCHES ). He got the Ipod and there was scratches on it. You should be responsible on this trade and give him back his money + postage. That's the only sane thing to do. You said in that thread that it has no scratches. What's with that?
