Need help proving CNN has a liberal tilt

I have to prove CNN is liberal. Just need some sources if possible. I don't even know if guys agree with me, I think they are liberal.

Most of the mainstream news media is considered liberal bias. Fox News is usually considered to be more in the center, so therefore more conservatives watch FNC, however they are not right-wing, they are just usually not left-wing as much.

And, it is not so much as specific things; you just have to actually watch the shows and how interviews are done, things are said, viewpoints taken.

Maybe somebody can actually link examples of it in action, but I don't have any handy.

You'll never prove that CNN is slanted, because they aren't. The only thing you'll come close to proving is that Fox news cares more about glitz and ratings than about factual reporting.

I think FoxNews is pretty moderate, but perhaps right of center. I think CNN is sort of moderate, but definitely left leaning. For real right winged news, go to NewsMax.

Pacifica has a definately liberal tilt, compared to CNN, but they do report the facts. And they don't call the murder of five Israelis and massacre and the murder of 24 Palestinians a battle. They do point out that the conservative media does this. But Pacifica is pretty useless as a balance for the conservative media, as not many people listen to it. Liberal/conservative is relative.

You can't say CNN is liberal or Fox is conservative for a fact. The opinion is based on where you are on the political spectrum. The media as a whole isn't really conservative.. it just wants to make money. They make money by appealing to average, conservative Americans. Hence the 24 Palestinians killed being a battle and 5 Israelis killed being a massacre. When we go to war with Iraq and Americans start dying, the media will switch to liberal.

I can name several great men who were liberals (no women though because I'm looking at history)... Martin Luther King Jr, Ghandi, Henry David Thoreau, Thomas Jefferson, Jesus

It all depends on where you stand. If you're a facist right-wing Nazi, then every single piece of media except maybe the NeoNazi Times seems liberal. If you're a hippy drugged out tree-hugger, than everything except PETA news is conservative.

I think most news are moderate, with the "old news" organizations tilting towards the right, and the "new news" organizatiosn to the left.

BTW: I don't associate Hitler or Osama bin Laden as a conservative. Hitler believed in socialism and taking people's gun's away which is a Liberal thing. Osama bin laden believe in a Islamic state, also a liberal thing. Most conservatives want less government intrusions into there lives and lower taxes.
