I'm in Florida. The weather here is typically hot and humid for 90% of the year. It rains every other day... For the other 10% of the year, it's about 50 degrees with high humidity for a couple days at a time, then it's back to hot and humid. Sometimes, we even have days that are cold, sunny, and raining. It's very rare to have a dry day where I'm from. I don't think I really need "all weather" tires, since it doesn't snow here and there's only one consistent weather pattern: hot and hotter. But then again, I'm not an expert, which is why I'm asking the AT garage crew! 😉
I'd like something that'll last me a while, won't have too much road noise, and performs decently on wet surfaces for the sake of safety. I'm not racing or driving like an idiot or anything of the sorts. The more we can drive down the cost, the better. I would need to get tires at a local retail store since I am not capable of installing them myself. Please help me find something somewhat standard that I could do buy at the usual places, as opposed to some kind of online only deal (like TireRack).
Thanks a lot!
