My job makes it such that I can only get two formal meals (lunch and dinner) a day, along with a small breakfast. I also am only about to get about 5-6 hours of sleep a night. I am sometimes able to leave work for 45 minutes or so to got to the gym. Because of this schedule, I am losing weight. My job is a very sedentary one, so most people put on 15 pounds or so the first year, but my metabolism is very high and I am losing weight pretty quickly. We get lunch and dinner paid for, so I can pretty much order what I want, but it doesn't matter that I eat the highest calorie things available. I still can't keep my weight up. What kinds of things can I do to make sure that I keep my weight up/put on weight? Would protein bars between lunch and dinner help? Should I start packing meals with me?

As long as your job isn't on the phone all day, why not bring snacks that you can keep in your work area, like jerky or nuts? That seems to be the easiest solution to your quandary,

Buy a bag of weight gainer, eat spoonfuls of peanut butter and like other guy said beef jerky or something as well, snacks are good not sure whats wrong with losing weight...

Look into Clif Bars or Zone bars. Easy snack, no prep, quality calories. Also consider whey protein shots...same reasons.

The lack of sleep and/or stress might be part of it, so anything you could try to maybe improve upon those...

If you're drinking a lot of caffeine, that might also be contributing to the weight loss.
