i emailed the subscriber email address this morning but have not recieved a reply. i am unable to access the subscriber forums, i am getting a message that it has expired when i am paid till june plus i paid for 3 more months this morning. i recieved a confirmation email telling me i was billed also. what is is wrong? thanx

---well it has been 6 days now and i am still unable to access the subscriber service i paid for. anand is apparently to busy to keep up with the subscriber service. i know he does this in his free time but when he opened the subscriber service he should have realized he needed help and allow somebody to help him out.

YGM and PM.

did you again complete the post order form and fill in your infromation?

also prepare to wait for a response on the subscriber E-mail address, posting here isn't going to help eather, and don't even think about E-mailing or PMing the mods, as they can't do anything, unfortunatly your going to have to wait. and since anand handles the subscriber stuff personally, your gonna wait a wile.

It would seem to me a wise investment to hire someone on the cheap to provide customer service. $8/hr could go a long ways.

That person would have to be trained up and given deep access to the workings of the system to solve most problems. Simple questions are probably rare, whereas issues like reactivating an account, locating a bug, arguing a ban, are common and would need someone like an admin, mod, or with access to the payment records to solve. I don't know if the subscriber issues email is responded to by the everyday mods or only people with access to pay accounts.

Having a paid customer service department would kind of take the illusion of this being just a friendly forum away, plus it might snowball. The mods could start demanding payment or something. :)

Maybe you didn't notice, but the mods edited your post to say you have PMs and email from them. You're not going to get an answer to why you had to go through this to get a response.

Well, then message them to ask about it. You're not going to get any more answers here. Honestly, expecting an answer at all doesn't seem like something I'd do based on past evidence.

well i need to vent somewhere don't i? :) if this has been a issue for awhile why hasn't it been resolved? you would think anand would get tired of it and either discontue the subscriber service or fix it so it runs correctly

You paid already, and you can't get a refund. They've got 3 months to fix the problem. :) Immediate cash flow is more important than long-term satisfaction.
