I need some help.
I purchased a phone from UK, but the phone is apparently locked to only T-mobile UK.
The phone isn't working with T-mobile USA.
I have contacted, T-mobile UK and the told me that I need a UK originated credit/debit card in order to purchase the unlock code.
The cost is 15 pounds.
I will of course, send you the 15lbs + a lil extra for this help.
What this process will require is only a lil bit of your time and an Email to T-mobile UK customer service.

Your phone can be unlocked at a cost of £15.00. However, T-Mobile cannot
guarantee that all phone features will be compatible with other networks and in
some cases a live sim card is needed to unlock the phone.
To apply for a subsidy pin on pay as you go, you will need to have made your
first top up at least 3 months ago.
Payment can be made by topping up your account. You can do this with vouchers,
an Electronic Top-Up Card or by using a UK registered credit/debit card if one
is registered to your account.
Alternatively, if you pay your bills monthly the charge can be applied to your
account. You will also need to:
- Have held your T-Mobile account for at least one month.
- Have not requested 3 subsidy pins in the last 12 months.
- Know that if you are still in contract and decide to leave our network
cancellation charges will apply.
- Have cleared any outstanding balance before the subsidy pin is released.
If you would like to apply for the subsidy pin, please provide the following:
- IMEI number, this is a 15/16 digit number on your phone underneath your
battery.
- Your mobile number, name and account password.
- Payment of £15.00.
- An alternative contact number.
Please allow up to 28 working days to receive the subsidy pin code.

account whilst ensuring that we comply with our Privacy Policy.
