You can either use the program that ASUS boards come with, which is an update utility. Or you can download that .AMI file, stick it onto a floppy disk, but rename the extension to .ROM. Now when you boot up, at the ASUS LOGO Screen, if i recall correctly, you push either F1 or F2. It will read the floppy and everything will do it by itself, nothing else needs to be done, it will just update
