Hi!

I hope this is the right forum for this...

So I will be working extra hours and can only sleep for 4 to 5 hours...I feel that I need to eat a little better and don't want to gain any weight...Before this, I would normally only drink coffee in the morning and maybe some cereal @ night!

I like coffee in the mornings, so I'm looking for something healthy to eat along with it in the mornings. And same thing in the evening at around 8:00 PM

Again, I need something to give me energy and won't make me gain weight

First of all, 4-5 hours a sleep isn't all that healthy. Do you sleep that long due to time management or due to that being all you can sleep? You need to eat on a more regular schedule and.. well, you need to eat period.

You could eat eggs, oatmeal, fruits, etc for breakfast. There are a ton of options. Also, cereal really isn't all that healthy in itself so you could probably replace that with things that will give you longer lasting energy and that are better for you. You also need to eat lunch and dinner. Your energy levels are effected by your overall diet, sleep schedule, and exercise habits. Get them in check and you will feel much better physically and mentally.

Gaining weight is mainly a component of calories expended compared with calories taken in. One food isn't gonna make you fatter than another. Start eating more food and more regularly and you will probably increase your metabolism on top of that, which will allow your body to burn more calories as well.

I'm not used to eating very much in the morning, except for a cup of coffee and maybe a banana.

Like I said before, I'm clueless as to what to eat that will boost my energy level in a healthy, natural way....I don't really want to go running after energy drinks!

As dealmasters excellent list points out, almonds and walnuts are fantastic foods, especially when you're pressed for time and/or need something that is easy to carry around all day.
