I just got picked up with my new job, and we were provided 2 different email accounts. I have the two email accounts set to automatically forward to my GMail account. The problem: GMail account accessibility, i.e. "webmail", is disabled for access. I can submit a "unblock request form", but the reasoning must be "EXPLICITLY FOR WORK RELATED USE". I use the GMail service not only as a hub to route the two work emails but use its calander, spreadsheets, and documents. The company I work for is contracted inside of the building I work in. I fear that my reasoning may not 'fly' with the person with the authority to unblock it.
Any ideas on how I should present/word my case in order to have them allow me access to my GMail account? It'd just be nice for me to have one single email account to manage instead of 3.
