i have issues with those saying she was molested. it was actually shirtless without a bra on, she is fairly well developed for an eleven year old in my opinion and she got her period at 8 so she definitely started early.

So today girlfriend talked to her about it told her why filming it was wrong and explained that stuff should be done in private etc. She also tried to get across that while filming sexual stuff is wrong it is okay to be curious. She asked me to set up network restrictions (time of day etc.) and to remove the webcam software, essentially making it useless. She has also decided to take her to a councilor next week and see what they think. So looks like things are going okay for now.

The lack of parental involvement here feels like a systemic problem.
