Ok...im sure theres plenty of you here who worked through college, and some who haven't. This is my dilemma. I work now 40+ hours per week, and also attend university full time (5 classes per semester). The money at my job is good (40k per year) but with my current work load at school its very difficult to balance both. I am tempted to quit my job just to focus on my studies, but my wife and I do have some debt which the job would get rid of quickly (2 more months of work). Whats your opinions on this?
Quit full-time job and focus on school, or continue with both? My grades thus far are good (3.87 GPA), but the past few years I wasn't working. Im sure I can continue with both and still maintain a good GPA, but its a risk, and also with work and school I only sleep an average of 3-4 hours per day. I could always just get a part-time job somewhere but the pay will be drastically less, but its better than not earning anything at all I guess.
