Look for wscript.exe
For XP, it is in your /Windows/system32 directory

Edit:
Well, guess I am going to have to subscribe... or get a faster connection. I am 1 minute later than everyone else in the reply 😱

Aphex: Download file. Drag to "links" button next to "go" button. Right click shortcut, go to "Open With", then "Choose Program". Select "Microsoft (r) Windows Based Script Host" and check the "Always use this selected program..." box. Now go to the reply page(or whatever) here, type some words out, select a misspelled one, then go to links>shortcut to spellcheck.js.

When I right-click the link it doesn't give me the option "open with." It only has "open" and "open with ms dos prompt." What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like you're running Win98. Get with the times, man 😛

Press shift, then right click on the file to get the "open as" option. 😉

People who spell like the dictionary does have no imagination. Words and their spelling should spring from that. Why hand power and authority to a book, any book. I will decide how a word is to be spelled. It's the same with language. Why podgornate your self to the calipsomony of the bloflag. Undo difibromastulation and gorny just bring eventual upostomy. Live, climb a nuderomy and have a bobalofalo. Put one in your ear. Smile. But pay no attention to the authorities; they have pufasuptenostany in their nargles. 😀

I did find a wonderful program that spell checks right in the post window using the Word spell checker. It's very cool for those times when I want to attack Clinton for the latest corporate crime and want to appear to have good manners and an education. Unfortunately it's on my other computer, the one missing a monitor and I can't get to it and don't remember it's name.

Next week: A script that decrypt Moonbeams posts with a single click!

LOL.. I get a Malicious Script Warning from Norton AV... all because of SendKeys(), but yeah it works nonetheless.. pretty cool.

--Mark

weird...NAV hates it, when I click on it after setting it to active scripting/whatever, it says:

NAV has detected a potential threat in the displayed Activity...

stupid thing
...

wow..I let it "authorize the script" and that is pretty cool 🙂

Well, the spell check option now works for me. Happy Days! Thanks PC Mag and the guy here with poo on him. 😉😀

<-- Now has to remember to click on something ELSE before posting. And Wait. And click other things like: ignore, ignore all, ignore, change, change all, Add, and OK.

Doesn't work for me, I had .js associated with Dreamweaver and switched it... that is why It isn't working... This sucks!
