Right because our federal justice system never makes mistakes and every violent criminal is clearly guilty.
Please. Our system makes way too many mistakes to start killing people if they have >10 years to serve.
I would say more guilty people get off than innocent are found guilty.
Do you really believe these gang bangers, rapists, and maniacs should be allowed back on the streets?
Think about it, one day many of them one day will get out of prison and they could be standing behind you in line at the grocery store, or driving by your kid's school, or working in your neighborhood (lawn people etc). Do you really feel safe like that?
I don't hesitate to say these people are sub human and should be gotten rid of.

If you rape someone, put a gun to someone's head, or abuse people in some other way, there is absolutely no excuse for it.
Do not blame "society," "poverty," or whatever left wing excuse you can come up with. There is no excuse to act like an animal and people who do should be treated like animals.

Tough sh|t. Sure, there may be one or two unfortunate people who were unlucky enough to be falsely convicted but they majority of them deserve to be there. Explain to me how stabbing another human being is justified. Why do these "people" deserve to be treated better than animals when they act like animals themselves?

You have obviously never been there nor done that (you never answered my question, are you still in high school?
