Alabama battle tested in the SEC, Notre Dame only played one top 50 offense all year that kind of inflated their defensive stats.

I love the way Bama plays: tough, physical, disciplined, no fancy schamncy, dominating upfront at the line of scrimmage, spreads the field on offense, and the list goes on.

Refs ain't helping.

The refs made the right call on the punt return non-fumble and the correct non-fumble when they overturned the ND fumble. They had an NCAA official come in and explain that you have to give a buffer and allow the punt returner to catch it. You don't have to touch.

Football rules change all the time and there are rules differences between all the levels. It ain't baseball.

Yep. The "muffed" punt call looked bad at full speed, but technically it was right according to the rule. The only one I've seen that I might disagree with is the "bobbled" catch on third down back during ND's first drive, which at this point is fairly moot given how ND's playing overall.

At this point I'd put Georgia, Oregon, Texas A&M as easy wins over Notre Dame. Probably could add to that list but don't want to add any teams that would result in a debate.
